Efek intervensi hoki dalam ruangan pada kemampuan motorik dan kebugaran fisik pada remaja

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intervensi permainan hoki dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik dan kebugaran jasmani pada remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen yang melibatkan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kelompok kontrol acak pre-test-post-test, dengan total sampling 30 remaja yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing terdiri dari 15 orang. Penentuan pembagian kelompok dibagi secara acak, dan semua mata pelajaran yang terlibat digunakan. Instrumen yang digunakan Children's Psychomotricity and Aptitude Scales (MSCA, USA). Kebugaran jasmani menggunakan instrumen tes kebugaran jasmani, yang telah disesuaikan dengan karakteristik subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi selama 12 minggu pada aktivitas hoki dalam ruangan, intervensi, dan intervensi motorik kasar menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,034. Karena nilai signifikansi < 0,05, Ho ditolak, dibandingkan dengan hasil partisipan dalam penelitian yang diberi program intervensi independen. Data kebugaran jasmani menunjukkan bahwa standar deviasi pre-test adalah 1,30440 dibandingkan dengan post-test 1,61211, ini berarti terjadi peningkatan kebugaran jasmani remaja. Dengan demikian, intervensi hoki dalam ruangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebugaran fisik remaja. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi dalam bentuk kegiatan yang melibatkan fisik yang berfokus pada olahraga hoki lantai dapat menjadi pilihan yang layak untuk meningkatkan Kecakapan Motorik dan Kebugaran Fisik pada Remaja.
