Pengaruh pola makan, faktor ekonomi, dan hemoglobin terhadap kebugaran fisik pada remaja

Abstrak

Peningkatan pemahaman tentang diet seimbang, peran faktor ekonomi, dan pentingnya kadar hemoglobin sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fisik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola makanan, faktor ekonomi, dan hemoglobin terhadap kebugaran fisik siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif dan analisis jalur. Sampel melibatkan 58 siswa remaja yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner tertutup tentang faktor diet dan ekonomi, pengukuran BMI berdasarkan norma usia dan jenis kelamin, tes kebugaran fisik menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Siswa Nusantara, dan penilaian kadar hemoglobin sesuai standar WHO. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas, dengan uji-t untuk menentukan efek variabel menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pola makan dan faktor ekonomi secara signifikan mempengaruhi hemoglobin, dengan nilai p 0,041 dan 0,028. Nilai R Square 0,427 menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor ini menjelaskan 42,7% variabilitas hemoglobin. Variabel diet, faktor ekonomi, dan hemoglobin signifikan terhadap kebugaran fisik, dengan nilai p masing-masing 0,044, 0,000, dan 0,006. Nilai R Square 0,724 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel ini dapat menjelaskan 72,4% variabilitas kebugaran fisik. Studi ini berkontribusi untuk menunjukkan dampak diet, faktor ekonomi, dan hemoglobin terhadap kebugaran fisik siswa. Analisis jalur mengklarifikasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini, sementara penilaian kebugaran yang komprehensif memberikan wawasan tentang dampak hemoglobin terhadap kinerja.
