Abstrak
Naskah ini secara komprehensif memeriksa pengembangan dan validasi awal kuesioner yang dirancang untuk menilai pusat kebugaran. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan yang ada dalam literatur dengan menyediakan alat standar untuk mengevaluasi kualitas fasilitas kebugaran. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang, memvalidasi, dan menyajikan instrumen penilaian awal yang dirancang khusus untuk pusat kebugaran, yang mencakup berbagai aspek seperti penawaran program, kondisi fasilitas, dan kompetensi staf. Metode penelitian melibatkan identifikasi indikator utama yang mempengaruhi layanan pusat kebugaran, diikuti oleh pembuatan dan validasi item kuesioner melalui analisis statistik yang ketat. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 119 penggemar kebugaran dari Angeles City, Filipina, yang secara aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses validasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data meliputi skala penilaian gaya Likert dan metode statistik seperti Point Biserial Correlation dan uji-t. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data menyebabkan retensi 59 item kuesioner, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti reliabilitas dan validitas kuesioner yang dikembangkan sebagai alat yang berharga untuk menilai pusat kebugaran, memberikan wawasan tentang kebutuhan klien dan area untuk perbaikan. Sebagai kesimpulan, validasi awal kuesioner berfungsi sebagai langkah penting menuju peningkatan kualitas dan standar layanan pusat kebugaran, menguntungkan baik manajer maupun otoritas pengatur dalam memastikan penyediaan fasilitas kebugaran yang aman dan efektif.
