Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Senam Si Buyung dalam meningkatkan kemampuan manipulatif peserta didik usia 6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah percobaan, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 peserta didik. Instrumen tes keterampilan manipulatif diadaptasi dari tes keterampilan gerak dasar, yaitu tes menangkap dan memantulkan bola. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu: (1) individu yang bersedia menjadi subjek atau diizinkan oleh orang tua atau wali; (2) siswa TK; (3) 6 tahun; dan (4) siswa yang sehat jasmani dan rohani. Teknik analisis data pretest dan post-test menggunakan teknik statistik paired T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran gerakan dan lagu berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan manipulatif siswa TK; Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pretest dan post-test. Hasil uji statistik pretest T-paired sebesar 16,67, sedangkan post-test sebesar 19,44. Uji-T berpasangan menunjukkan hasil post-test yang lebih tinggi daripada pretest. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan nyata pada keterampilan memantul bola siswa setelah diberi perlakuan Senam Si Buyung.
