Kombinasi latihan plyometric dan tangga: Dampaknya pada peningkatan kecepatan, kelincahan, dan kekuatan otot kaki dalam bulutangkis

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kombinasi metode latihan plyometric dan ladder drill dalam meningkatkan kecepatan, kelincahan, dan kekuatan otot kaki. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe quasi eksperimental dan menggunakan desain nonequivalent control group design. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dari 36 siswa laki-laki terlatih berusia 12-16 tahun dari siswa SMP 1 hingga 36 tahun. Subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu TR (tuck jump-double leg run), SH (squat jump-double leg hop), dan C (latihan konvensional), yang dibagi menggunakan matched ordinal pairing. Setiap kelompok terdiri dari dua belas siswa yang melakukan pengobatan dengan frekuensi tiga hari seminggu selama enam minggu. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah sprint 30 meter, agility T-test, dan Jump MD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada saat pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Manova dan post hoc. Hasil tes Manova menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kecepatan, kelincahan, dan kekuatan otot kaki ketiga kelompok secara bersamaan. Uji post hoc menunjukkan bahwa kelompok TR dan SH berbeda secara signifikan dengan kelompok C (p<0,05).
