Abstrak
Menguasai teknik bermain bola voli penting bagi setiap pemain. Ini akan berguna dalam bermain game. Menguasainya akan membuatnya lebih mudah untuk bermain dan menang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah step play dan pendekatan hibrida untuk instruksi olahraga akan meningkatkan keterampilan pemain bola voli. Metodologi penelitian eksperimental menggunakan desain studi kasus one-shot diterapkan. Penelitian ini diikuti oleh 36 siswa sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Mereka diinstruksikan untuk berpartisipasi dalam program pendidikan olahraga bersama antara Sport Education Model (SEM) dan Step Game Approach (SGA) selama 14 pertemuan yang tersebar selama dua bulan, dua kali seminggu. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) dan Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasilnya menunjukkan kinerja permainan yang baik, dengan hasil melebihi 80% dan proporsi tinggi dari setiap indikator SOQ, dengan rata-rata >80%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran gabungan antara SEM dan SGA memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap teknik dan keterampilan bermain bola voli siswa. Melalui pembelajaran gabungan ini diharapkan siswa dapat mempelajari teknik serta keterampilan bermainnya dalam situasi nyata.
