FIFA 11+ Kids dapat Meningkatkan Kekuatan Otot: Sebuah Perlakuan Selama 12 Minggu

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan program FIFA 11+ Kids untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada anak usia 11-12 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest. Dua puluh orang diambil sampelnya dalam penelitian ini, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan sampel penelitian. Teknik pencocokan subjek A-B-B-A digunakan untuk membagi kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan tes push-up, mengukur kekuatan otot kaki menggunakan tes dinamometer kaki, dan mengukur kekuatan otot perut menggunakan tes sit-up. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok perlakuan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), nilai signifikan kekuatan kaki adalah 0,004 (p<0,05), sedangkan nilai signifikan kekuatan perut adalah 0,000 (p<0,05). Pelatih dan atlet dapat menggunakan implikasi dari penelitian ini sebagai metode pencegahan cedera bagi pesepakbola anak.
