Research aim: This study aims to examine the extent to which investment literacy can play a role in strengthening entrepreneurship in forming independent values..
Design/Methods/Approach: This study uses a qualitative approach method
Research Finding: The results of investment literacy show that the level of student achievement in terms of material content and resource credibility, 3 schools responded very well, namely SMA DU 1, SMK Telkom DU and MA Ghozaliyah. Meanwhile, 3 schools gave good responses, namely SMK 1 DU, SMK Pancasila and MA Mamba`ul Ulum. The positive response given by students was not only from their understanding of investment, but also inclusion by becoming members (investors) in GI BEI Unipdu. Regarding student responses to media which acts as a means of supporting the achievement of understanding, all students responded well. Investment literacy activities can be carried out well because of the role of the school principal who really supports the realization of the value of independence
Theoretical contribution/Originality: The novelty of this research lies in the finding that the younger generation is an asset that can be encouraged to boost economic growth through entrepreneurial activities. One such entrepreneurial activity, known as digital entrepreneurship, is investment, where investment education plays a crucial role in increasing student investment in the capital market.
Practitioner/Policy implication: Further investment literacy activities can be conducted in a programmed, scheduled, and structured manner. Schools can collaborate with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to further optimize investment literacy activities to achieve cognitive and psychomotor developmental milestones.
Research limitation : This research only goes so far as to determine the level of student understanding.
