Author Fees

Generation Journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after the manuscript has been officially Accepted for publication, following a rigorous peer-review process. This fee is used to cover journal operational costs, including copyediting, layouting, OJS system management, indexing, and journal maintenance.

1. Regular Publication Fee (Article Publication Fee)

Fee Category Amount (IDR) Description
Publication Fee IDR 350,000.00 Payable only after the manuscript is officially Accepted for publication.

  • Submission Fee: IDR 0.00 (Free). Authors are not charged any fee upon initial manuscript submission.

  • Payment: Payment instructions (bank account details) will be sent to the corresponding author after the manuscript has been formally accepted.

2. Fast Track Review Service

We offer a Fast Track Review Service option for authors who require an expedited review process and editorial decision.

Notes:

  • We do not wish for fees to prevent the publication of worthy work. Authors from developing countries or those with financial limitations (and who have provided strong justification) may apply for a Waiver to the Editorial Team before the final layout process begins.

  • All paid fees are non-refundable if the author decides to withdraw the manuscript after the copyediting process has commenced.
