Pengaruh Human Capital Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Pemerintah Kota (PEMKOT) Bandar Lampung

The performance of local government organizations serves as the main benchmark for assessing the success of providing effective, efficient, and community-focused public services, although various assessments show that this performance still faces various obstacles. Regional Administration of Bandar Lampung. The researchers in this study used a causal associative design and a quantitative approach. All 6,955 Bandar Lampung City Government State Civil Apparatus (ASN) are part of the study population, and 100 respondents were selected using probability sampling techniques and the Slovin algorithm. Use of multiple linear regression in conjunction with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 allowed for the analysis of primary data gathered via a Likert-scale questionnaire. According to the study's findings, the Bandar Lampung City Government's organisational performance is positively and significantly impacted by both human capital and job satisfaction. Moreover, the study found that both variables had an effect on organisational performance at the same time. The uniqueness of this study lies in its emphasis on organizational performance in the public sector, rather than individual performance, thus providing empirical contributions to the development of human resource management in local government.
