Older adults are a population group that is vulnerable to declines in physical ability, thus requiring safe and appropriate physical activities to maintain fitness and functional capacity. One alternative form of exercise that can be applied is Water Exercise Walking as a form of Basic Aquatic Therapy. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of older adults regarding Water Exercise Walking. The partner of this activity was the Healthy Heart Club of Universitas Brawijaya, Malang City, with a target of 20 older adults aged 55-70 years. The implementation methods included socialization, demonstration, direct practice in a swimming pool, and the distribution of a guidebook as an educational medium. The results showed that participants followed the entire series of activities enthusiastically, understood the benefits of water-based exercise, and were able to properly perform the Water Exercise Walking movements. This activity produced a guidebook as a learning medium and provided an alternative form of physical activity that is safe, easy to implement, and has the potential to support improvements in fitness and quality of life among older adults.
