Peningkatan Pemahaman Nilai Aturan dan Norma untuk Meningkatkan Efektifitas Program Sanggar Belajar di Malaysia

This community service program aims to improve elementary school children's understanding of the value of rules and norms through outreach activities at the AT Tanzil Learning Center, Putra Kajang Regional Office, Malaysia. The program involved 50 students from Indonesian immigrant families aged 7-13 who attend the learning center. The program used a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The intervention was implemented from August 3-30, 2025, combining formal learning activities in the morning and informal, religious-based learning in the afternoon. The results of the program showed that students' understanding of rules and norms improved through structured activities, direct teacher examples, and regular practice. The implementation of character education values such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, and tolerance contributed to the effectiveness of the learning program. The program concluded that direct outreach and education regarding rules and norms are crucial for elementary school children, particularly in expatriate communities, to support their social integration and behavioral development in their new environment.
