Implementasi Program Sosialisasi Anti-Bullying sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Kekerasan di Sekolah

Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem in schools that negatively impacts victims physically, psychologically, and socially. This study aims to describe the implementation of an anti-bullying outreach program at Pattiro 87 Elementary School as an effort to prevent and address school violence. The methods used included observation, educational lectures, interactive discussions, and motivational approaches to help students understand and internalize anti-bullying values. The program also provided an understanding of the legal consequences for perpetrators of bullying, in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the definition, types, and impacts of bullying, including verbal, physical, social, and cyberbullying. Based on pre- and post-program evaluations, students' understanding increased by 85%. In addition to cognitive improvements, positive behavioral changes were also observed, with students becoming more willing to report bullying, demonstrating empathy, and actively forming anti-bullying groups at school. This program has proven effective in fostering positive character, strengthening solidarity among students, and creating a safe, harmonious, and inclusive learning environment.
