PERENCANAAN SISTEM INFORMASI STRATEGIS DI DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN KEDIRI
Abstract
Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kediri mempunya Visi “Mewujudkan dan Melestarikan Masyarakat Kabupaten Kediri yang sehat Secara Mandiri Bermanfaat dan Berkeadilan”, Misi “Menggerakkan promosi kesehatan secara luas dan berkesinambungan, meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat untuk hidup sehat secara individu, keluarga, masyarakat dan lingkungannya, Meningkatkan pelayanan Kesehatan yang bermutu, merata dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat, Meningkatkan tata kelola kepemerintahan bidang kesehatan secara optimal.
Tahapan penelitian ini pertama mengunakan pendekatan metodologi Value chain kemudian nilai-nilai setiap aktifitas di analisis menggunakan critical success factor dan Mc Farlan.
Dari analisa Value Chain ada active Value Chain Primary dan Support, Untuk pimary ada Registrasi pemerikasaan, Inventory, Rekam Medis, Tindakan Medis Khusus, Pembayaran, Customer Service. Strategi dirancang melalui analisis lingkungan internal dan analisis lingkungan eksternal dengan mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai luhur Dinas Kesehatan yaitu strategi melayani masyarakat (costumer values strategies), Pemberdayaan (employes empowerment), kerjasama (cross functional team)
