Penelitian mengenai produk sukses telepon genggam kelas high end telah dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik kesuksesan produk telepon genggam. Penentuan produk suksesnya ditentukan dengan indikator market share dan jumlah pendapatan. Karakteristik kesuksesan produk, dianalisis berdasarkan kondisi atribut aktual produk, persepsi konsumen dan faktor pendukung persaingan lainnya. Data hasil analisis perbandingan ketiga faktor tersebut kemudian dipetakan pada kanvas strategi untuk mengetahui kondisi persaingan yang terjadi. Berdasarkan evaluasi, produk paling sukses adalah Samsung Galaxy S4.
