Copyright and License Agreement

By submitting the article/manuscript, the author(s) agree with this policy. No specific document sign-off is required.


1. License

The use of the article (remix, transform, or build upon the material) will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, as currently displayed on the Creative Commons website.


2. Author(s)’ Warranties

The author(s) warrant that the article is original, written by the stated author(s), has not been published elsewhere, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe upon the rights of others, and that the copyright is vested exclusively in the author(s) and free from any third-party rights. The author(s) also ensure that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained.


3. User/Public Rights

INTENSIF promotes the spirit of open access by making all published articles freely available to the public. Under the terms of the Creative Commons license, users are permitted to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and INTENSIF: Jurnal Ilmiah Penelitian dan Penerapan Teknologi Sistem Informasi. Unless otherwise stated, authors become public entities as soon as their articles are published.


4. Rights of Authors

Authors retain all rights to their published works, including but not limited to the following:

  • Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights;

  • The right to use the substance of the article in their own future works, including lectures and books;

  • The right to reproduce the article for personal purposes;

  • The right to self-archive the article;

  • The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article’s published version (e.g., deposit it in an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.


5. Co-Authorship

If the article was prepared jointly by more than one author, the submitting author warrants that all co-authors have agreed to this copyright and license notice on their behalf and have been informed of its terms. INTENSIF shall not be held liable for any disputes arising among the authors. The journal will communicate only with the corresponding author regarding submission and publication matters.


6. Royalties

As an open-access journal that disseminates articles freely under the terms of the Creative Commons license mentioned above, the author(s) acknowledge that INTENSIF does not provide any royalties or other forms of financial compensation.


7. Miscellaneous

INTENSIF will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal once the editorial and review process is successfully completed. The editors of INTENSIF may make editorial adjustments to grammar, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing, and formatting where appropriate. The author(s) acknowledge that the published article will be publicly accessible and free of charge for readers, as stated in point 3.
