Abstract

The E-Rapor system is a digital assessment platform implemented in Indonesian schools to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of student performance reporting. However, its implementation often faces challenges related to human, organizational, and technological aspects. This community service activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the E-Rapor system at SMPN 1 Ngunut using the Human–Organization–Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) Model. Data were collected through structured interviews and direct observations involving teachers, homeroom teachers, and school operators as primary system users. The results indicate that, in the human aspect, most teachers were able to operate the system well, although digital competency gaps remained among senior teachers. In the organizational aspect, school management provided strong support, yet training activities were not optimally designed in terms of duration and timing. In the technological aspect, the system accelerated grade processing but its LAN-based access limited user flexibility. Overall, the system demonstrated adequate fit with the school’s administrative needs, although further integration and infrastructure improvements are required. This activity produced several recommendations, including transitioning to a web-based system, implementing continuous training, and strengthening digital governance to ensure more effective and sustainable E-Rapor implementation.
