At the same time, previous research has shown that physical activity, stress levels and sleep quality strongly influence each of these activities in the context of positive influences. Because adolescent activity is so high, the study examined this relationship in everyday life. The design and method used in this study were correlational, with 200 adolescent students involved in this study who selected purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, among which IPAQ is a questionnaire with a physical activity measurement scale. Sleep quality using PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). Stress rating scale using DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales). Physical fitness is measured using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for 16-19 years. Data analysis using Spearman's rho correlation test using SPSS application version 26. This study found that in physical activity with adolescent physical fitness, Sig. 0.714 > 0.05 was obtained, which shows a significant relationship between physical activity and physical fitness. Sleep quality with physical fitness in adolescents obtained Sig. Value 0.826 > 0.05, so there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and physical fitness in adolescents. At the level of stress related to physical fitness, they obtained Sig. Values of 0.000 < 0.05 mean that no significant relationship exists between adolescents' stress levels and physical fitness.
Muchammad Kasmadi, Suhadi Suhadi Copyright (c) 2024 Muchammad Kasmadi, Suhadi Suhadi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/pjk/article/view/22331 Tue, 26 Mar 2024 12:17:13 +0700 Improved passing accuracy by using pair practice in adolescent soccer players https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/pjk/article/view/21732
Passing is one of the fundamental techniques in football. Good passing skills enable players to participate in the game effectively and maintain possession of the ball. Paired short passing drills also help improve individual skills. This research aims to find out whether short passing training in pairs can increase the accuracy of soccer passing in adolescent soccer players. The quantitative method used in the research is a pre-experimental design through one group pretest and posttest. The research instrument used a ball passing accuracy test for 30 seconds and used the short passing practice method in pairs. The population in this study consisted of 20 male Rekminers Club soccer players aged 15-17 years. The sample was selected using a total sampling technique, and the entire population sampled was 20 players. The data analysis technique uses the t-test to test the hypothesis to increase soccer passing accuracy in the pretest and posttest treatment using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test in paired short passing exercises with football passing accuracy ability, there is a significant influence based on pretest and posttest data analysis of 0.000 < 0.05. This exercise was successfully carried out to improve the accuracy of football passing. The research results show that short passing training in pairs is an effective method for improving the passing accuracy of football players.
Marsuna Marsuna, Muhammad Rusli, Abdul Saman Copyright (c) 2024 Marsuna Marsuna, Muhammad Rusli, Abdul Saman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/pjk/article/view/21732 Wed, 27 Mar 2024 22:01:39 +0700 Improvement of manipulative skills of 6-year-old children through "Si buyung" gymnastics https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/pjk/article/view/21420
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Si Buyung Gymnastics in improving the manipulative skills of learners aged 6 years.
