Self-expressiveness, brand trust, hedonic product, brand community, word of mouth, and brand experience regarding brand love for Vespa brand motorbikes are the titles of this research. The population is someone who has used, purchased and used Vespa products in Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 260 respondents using non-probability sampling. The research method uses a quantitative approach and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test showed that the significance value of the four independent variables was <0.05; all independent variables partially had a positive effect on the dependent variable. The F test shows that self-expressiveness, brand trust, hedonic product, brand community, word of mouth, and brand experience on brand love have a simultaneous influence with a calculated F value of 31,436 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.5).

National income is a basis that can be used to assess a country's economic level. The purpose of calculating national income is to obtain a complete picture of the economic level attained by a country. There are several methods of assessing a country's national income, namely the production approach, the income approach, and the expenditure approach. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the causes of the decline and increase in Indonesia's national income. This research uses descriptive analysis, using data from the Badan Pusat Statistik as secondary data. From the results of this study, it is known that the decline in Indonesia's National Income in 2020 was due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, which paralyzed almost all sectors of the economy, due to several policies that the government had to take to stop the spread of COVID-19. However, because of this, the Indonesian government is trying to improve the situation by launching several policies aimed at stabilizing the Indonesian economy again, one of which is implementing the new PEN (National Economic Recovery) program, financing businesses by providing support in the form of working capital, and making Himbara Bank a medium for storing and channeling funds. With a population of 932 employees, it is processed using the Slovin formula. And 100 employees were sampled. This research method uses quantitative. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling Technique. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis. The data processing technique uses SPSS 26. Hypothesis testing uses the t test, f test. The results of this study show that the variables of teamwork, communication and work environment have partially positive and significant effects on employee performance at PT. Indo World. The variables of teamwork, communication and work environment also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research aims to develop the gross motor skills of KM Sugihwaras Kindergarten children 5-6 years with a modified game of Boba (basketball). This research used three cycles of classroom action research. The subjects were 28 children in group B of kusuma mulya Sugihwaras Kindergarten. The object of the research is gross motor skills through modified Boba (basketball) games for children. Three cycles of classroom action research were used in the research method. Based on research findings, the modified boba (basketball) game was able to developchildren's gross motor skills pre-cycle by an average of 17.8%, cycle I by 21.4%, and in cycle II by the same amount, based on research findings. average 53.57%, while cycle 3 average 89.2%. Based on these findings, the modified Boba (basketball) game succeeded in increasing the percentage of AUD learning outcomes.

This research aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance as proxied by institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committee, company size, sales growth and return on assets on tax avoidance as proxied by the cash effective tax rate in companies listed in the 2018 Jakarta Islamic Index. -2022. Annual financial reports are used as a secondary data source in this research. Company financial report data for the 2018-2022 period was collected using the documentation method via the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website. The population in this study was 41 companies and the sample in this study was 16 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this research show that institutional ownership and independent commissioners have a negative effect on tax avoidance. Then sales growth and return on assets have a positive effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, the audit committee and company size have no effect on tax avoidance. The Adjusted R Square value is 70.61 percent, meaning that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 70.61%, the remaining 29.39 percent is due to other variables not examined.

The study aims to explore the role of student technology skills levels in the context of the use of learning platforms such as Blackboard Learn, Canvas, and Google Classroom, as well as their relationship with student participatory involvement levels. The research method uses a quantitative approach through surveys of students at various colleges. Using survey data from 120 students, the data was analyzed using regression analysis with the help of the PLS-SEM application, i.e. to understand whether the level of student technology skills mediates the relationship between the use of online learning platforms and student participation rates. The results showed that students' technology skills level played an important role in mediating the relationship between the use of Blackboard Learn, Canvas, and Google Classroom learning platforms and student engagement levels. Students with a higher level of technology skills tend to be more effective in using the Blackboard Learn, Canvas, and Google Classroom platforms that ultimately increase their involvement in the learning process. Knowing the relationship between technology skills, the use of online learning platforms, and the level of student participatory involvement, educational institutions can take concrete steps to increase student engagement in online learning. These can include additional technology skills training, improved accessibility to the learning platform, or the development of more interesting and interactive learning content.

English is a foreign language taught in educational units throughout Indonesia. Therefore, in learning English, of course, students face a variety of challenges. This study aims to discover the challenges students of SDN 14 Sungai Ambawang face in learning English and to identify any factors that influence the challenges students face in learning English. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study research design. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis techniques applied interactive models, including data collection, condensation, display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. This study found that several challenges and factors cause elementary school students to learn English as a foreign language, namely difficulty in understanding, writing, listening, and pronouncing words. The causes include a lack of self-confidence, a lack of support from the neighborhood school, a lack of home support, and a lack of learning facilities. Future research could expand the broader context of English teaching as a compulsory subject.

This study aims to fulfill the requirement for improving chemistry instruction materials for SMA classes, and the study's findings will be consulted for further information in the development of electronic chemistry teaching materials. A qualitative descriptive method was employed in the study. Four secondary schools participated in this study in Medan City by interviewing four teachers from each school and observing the IPA-X class with 80 students. It has been done. As the Study shows, teachers still use traditional teaching methods and only use school-published textbooks. The teaching materials must be revised, as students still use electronic media in 48.9% of the survey results. I found that they made use of the training materials provided. The required percentage is 53.6%. These results demonstrate the need to develop electronic materials that help students comprehend the subject matter and facilitate learning and exploring the learning process.

This research aims to understand the factors causing students to experience delays in pursuing higher education in Sorong. The research method is a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires, data analysis, and documentation. In the Klabim Sub-District of Sorong City, the community's understanding of the importance of education is still limited. However, some hope their children can continue their education to a higher level, despite some obstacles. The results of this study reveal several factors influencing students' delays in pursuing higher education, both internal and external factors. Internal factors include a lack of motivation and interest among students, as well as their tendency to choose work over continuing to college. Meanwhile, external factors include economic issues, lack of social support, increasing rates of early marriage, and traditional marriage practices without official registration. The government has attempted to address these issues through scholarship programs for Papuan students, but implementation has not yet been optimal in achieving the desired targets.

North Sumatra is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is famous for its cultural diversity among the 38 provinces in the country. This research aims to determine efforts to introduce culture in the province of North Sumatra through the PMM3 program in the Archipelago course at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. This research is a type of qualitative research. Introduction to Culture for PMM3 students in 3 ways: education, religion and culture. Introduction efforts were made through learning, visiting the Maytreya monastery, enjoying the Sigale-gale dance performance, and visiting the Ulos village. Based on the research results, it is known that PMM3 students have additional knowledge and insight into culture in the province of North Sumatra obtained from experience and learning the Nusantara module.

This study aims to determine the effect of role-playing on the Interpersonal Intelligence of 5-6-year-old children in Group B at TK Anggrek Kindergarten in Boidua Village, North Bulango District, Bone Bolangol Regency. It employed a quantitative research approach with an experimental method that applied treatment to influence the research sample, assuming that there would be changelling children's interpersonal intelligence. The results indicated that the experimental method in the Role Playing Influence on the Interpersonal Intelligence of 5-6 Years Children in Group B at TK Anggrek Kindergarten in Boidul Village, North Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency. The test results showed at count = 5.879, t-table value at α = 0.05; dk = n-1 (15-1 = 14) was obtained = 2.145. Thus, the t count exceeded the t-table (T count=5.879≥ Ttable =a2.131). Based on the testing criteria that accept Ha: if Tcount ≥ Ttable α = 0.05; n-1. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis a (Ha) can be accepted. Hence, it can be stated that role-playing affects children's interpersonal intelligence.

This research uses quantitative data with secondary data sources. This research uses a purposive sampling method. The data sample in this research is 33 samples of retail industry manufacturing companies from the 2020-2022 period. This research uses multiple linear analysis techniques, partially this research states that 1) asset structure partially has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, 2) partial liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure, 3) profitability partially has an insignificant effect on capital structure, 4) asset structure, liquidity, profitability together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on capital structure.

This research is based on the decreased morale experienced by PT Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) employees in South Jakarta. This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, intrinsic motivation, and work environment on employee morale. The research method used is a non-experimental descriptive quantitative method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of Ruangguru. Sampling technique, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation and intrinsic motivation positively and significantly influence employee morale. The work environment is no less important, and the results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee morale. Overall, this study found that compensation, intrinsic motivation, and work environment together positively and significantly influence employee morale. The findings suggest that Ruangguru's management should pay attention to all three factors to improve employee morale, which can improve the company's overall performance.

Writing skills are productive skills and are considered as skills that require more attention than other skills. In learning Indonesian, one of the texts that must be studied by high school students is anecdotal texts. An anecdote text is a story that aims to convey criticism or satire through jokes. In learning anecdotal text, the YouTube video "Lapor Pak" is considered to be able to improve students' writing skills, because the video contains a joke in the form of a satire related to the anecdote text. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection used anecdotal text writing tests. The analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test with the prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity. The research results showed that the class that received YouTube media treatment experienced an increase in test scores. This means that the YouTube video media "Report Pak Trans 7" affects students' writing skills. The results of the t-test for equality of means column show the value of t-count = 5.839 > t-table = 1.99085, so it can be used as a basis for decision-making in accepting the independent samples t-test research hypothesis with acceptance of H1 with the conclusion that there is a significant difference. Based on the results of this research, Indonesian language teachers should be able to utilize more creative and innovative learning media. Determining the right media can certainly have a positive impact on increasing student enthusiasm and curiosity during the learning process.
