This research was conducted in Bali Province using a quantitative approach with data sources sampled from owners of MSMEs. A structured questionnaire was used. The data analysis used PLS-SEM, a technique of robust statistics that is appropriate for studying a complex relationship between variables. The research findings indicated that social media innovation significantly contributed to the sustainability of businesses within the MSME sector. It means that when MSMEs adopt and implement innovative social media strategies effectively, it leads to their overall sustainability and hence improves business outcomes. In fact, it was established in this study that the relationship can be moderated by digital literacy, meaning that MSMEs with higher levels of digital literacy are better positioned to leverage social media innovation for increased business sustainability. The results raise the need to incorporate social media innovation with digital literacy to promote sustainable practices among MSMEs. In doing this, businesses can keep up with the rapidly changing landscape of new technologies in ways that improve their competitive advantage. The paper, therefore, concludes with managerial implications: Owners of MSMEs need targeted training and resources to improve their digital literacy level so as to fully tap into the potential of social media innovations toward long-term sustainability.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Efektor https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/efektor-e/article/view/23716 The Agile Leadership in Uncertainty time: Applying AGILE Characteristics for Competitive Superiority 2024-11-25T16:23:53+07:00 Antoni Ludfi Arfin ludfi@stiami.ac.id Kun Wahyu Wardana kunwwardana@gmail.com Joko Nugroho jokonugroho@alaqidah.ac.id
In an era characterized by intense competition and increasing complexity, organizations require agile leadership to survive and thrive. Increasing children's numerical abilities at an early age will have a positive impact on their academic abilities later in life. The aim of this research is an effort to improve the numeracy skills of early childhood children aged 5-6 years at Darut Tauhid Kindergarten. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model which consists of four steps, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The criteria for research success is increasing numeracy skills in children aged 5 to 6 years, if it reaches a minimum of 71% of children developing as expected or developing very well. Based on the results of the actions, it can be concluded that children's numeracy abilities increase with each cycle. This is proven by an increase in the percentage of children's numeracy abilities from 60% with a total of 12 children in the category developing according to expectations and developing very well in cycle I, increasing in cycle II by 80% with a total of 16 children in the same category. This shows that collaborative learning methods are effective when applied during learning, especially to improve the numeracy skills of early childhood.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Efektor https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/efektor-e/article/view/23805 The Effect of Morally Contained Animated Video on Independence in 5-6 Years Old 2024-11-25T18:02:58+07:00 Asih Budi Kurniawati asihbudi.kurniawati@fkip.unila.ac.id Leny Aam Safitri lenyaam17@gmail.com Sugiana Sugiana sugiana@mail.unnes.ac.id
A spectacle is often used as guidance, one of the positive and educational spectacles is an animated video. Dysgraphia often hinders children's development in academic skills, especially in the writing process. This study was conducted through a literature study method that analyzed literature related to fine motor development that is relevant to children with dysgraphia. The results of the study showed that appropriate fine motor stimulation, such as beading, cutting, and tracing pattern activities, can significantly improve visual-motor coordination and fine muscle control needed in writing. In addition, structured interventions help improve the quality of children's handwriting, such as consistency of letter size, spacing between letters, and pencil pressure. This stimulation program also has a positive impact on children's self-confidence in carrying out writing activities. The conclusion of this study is that optimizing fine motor stimulation plays an important role in preparing early childhood with a tendency towards dysgraphia to develop better writing skills. However, this intervention requires active involvement from teachers and parents and needs to be adjusted to the child's individual needs. With the right support, children with dysgraphia can overcome writing difficulties and improve their academic readiness.
2024-11-27T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Efektor https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/efektor-e/article/view/23950 The Implementation of Parent Involvement in Learning Process at TKIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon Banten 2024-11-27T19:10:38+07:00 Fauziyyah Fauziyyah fauziyyahabdullah7@gmail.com Anik Lestariningrum anikl@unpkediri.ac.id
Early childhood education is a critical stage in building a holistic foundation for a child's development.
