<p>ABHIPRAYA : Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Kesehatan dan Sains adalah jurnal pengabdian masyarakat yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan dan Sains, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri, Indonesia. Jurnal ini berisi tentang kegiatan pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat pada bidang Kesehatan dan Sains meliputi bidang keperawatan, kebidanan, peternakan, pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi, pendidikan biologi, dan pendidikan matematika. Jurnal yang dikirimkan dapat ditulis dengan menggunakan bahasa indonesia dengan abstrak berbahasa inggris serta melalui proses review untuk penerbitan jurnal. <p><em>Indonesia is included in the top 10 countries with the highest level of rice consumption in the world. The amount of rice consumed causes the used rice washing water to be wasted and rarely used because it has no economic value. Water used for rice washing that is disposed of for free contains organic compounds and minerals that are useful for the human body, one of which is carbohydrates.</em><em> The high carbohydrate content in the water used for rice washing meets the requirements for the growth of Acetobacter xylinum bacteria that can be used in making nata. Nata de leri utilizes fermented rice laundry water using other additives such as ZA (Ammonium Sulfate), granulated sugar, and kitchen vinegar. Indonesian people usually use nata as dessert or can also be used as canned food mixed with other fresh fruits. Rice washing water that is used by reprocessing is expected to create economic value and potentially bring profits. Community Service (PKM) lecturers of the Science Education Postgraduate program at Muhammadiyah Metro University are carried out to increase the capacity of the community in processing through an understanding of making nata de leri using used rice washing water. </em></p>Friska Octavia Rosa

<p>Permasalahan mitra menujukkan data 31,5% masyarakat Dusun Penanggungan, Desa Kejapanan tidak mengetahui tanaman obat keluarga, namun kebanyakan dari masyarakat tidak memiliki tanaman obat keluarga sebesar 70,5% dan yang tidak pernah memanfaatkan TOGA sebesar 54,2%. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pemberian informasi dan pembagian tanaman. Pelaksanaan dengan pembagian tanaman rosemary sekaligus penyuluhan beserta pembagian buku pedoman tanaman rosemary. Dengan demikian informasi dan pengetahuan baru yang diperoleh dapat disebar luaskan kepada keluarga, maupun kerabat dan masyarakat luas sehingga semakin meningkatkan daya guna Rosemary (<em>Rosmarinus officinalis L</em>.). Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan ini dilihat dai respon positif dari para peserta, terkait dengan kegiatan yang telah diikuti sehingga kemampuan pemahaman peserta diperoleh berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terhadap peserta. Kegiatan penyuluhan sudah dilakukan dengan respon yang positif dan meningkatnya pengetahuan warga serta kegiatan pembagian tanaman rosemary di RT 001 RW 027 Dusun Penanggungan Desa Kejapanan sebanyak 30 tanaman yang sudah di tanam dalam pot, beserta buku pedoman tanaman rosemary. <p>High schools in Kediri City on average have adequate facilities and laboratory facilities, but entrepreneurial practices based on appropriate technology in the field of Biology are rarely carried out in schools. The city of Kediri has abundant potential for coconut water and the price is affordable, so it can be used as an ingredient for making <em>nata de coco</em>. Training on making nata de coco is considered suitable because it is one of the applications of simple biotechnology at high school level. The aim of the activity is to increase the entrepreneurial interest and enthusiasm of Kediri City High School students based on biology knowledge (biopreneur). Activities begin with the preparation, publication and socialization stages, implementation of training and responses from training participants. The material for making <em>nata de coco</em> was considered to be well received, it was proven that participants were able to carry out the procedure for making <em>nata de coco</em> according to the explanation of the presenter. <p><strong>Rekam medis elektronik merupakan salah satu inovasi dari pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi di bidang kesehatan. Berdasarkan Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2002 pencatatan dan pendokumentasian berkas rekam medis harus dilakukan secara lengkap dan akurat. Rekam medis yang lengkap dan akurat dapat digunakan sebagai referensi pelayanan kesehatan, dasar hukum (</strong><strong><em>medico legal), </em></strong><strong>meningkatkan kualitas medis, untuk riset medis, serta dasar penilaian kinerja pelayanan kesehatan. <p><em>Blood donation is the process of distributing blood which is a humanitarian activity. Prospective donors must first undergo a health examination and medical consultation to determine their suitability for blood donation. The aim of this Community Service is to determine the frequency distribution of blood pressure, blood type, hemoglobin levels and the health conditions of residents in Tlogosari Wetan Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City. Community service activities are carried out through several stages namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. At the planning stage, the target audience is determined. The implementation stage is carried out with a flow starting from a blood type examination, hemoglobin examination, body weight and blood pressure measurements. The evaluation stage is carried out after processing data from all examination results to determine the suitability of blood donation. The result is that the majority of residents in Tlogosari Wetan Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City have blood type O is 29 (58%) people, abnormal hemoglobin levels is 28 (56%) people, appropriate body weight is 45 (90%) people, normal blood pressure is 27 (54%) people, not feasible for blood donation is 35 (70%) people. <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The Sepawon Village Women's Farmers Group is a milk producing farmer group in Sepawon Village who usually sells milk to the cooperative at a price of 8000/L. The aim of UNP Kediri Animal Husbandry Study Program Community Service Team in collaboration with the Sepawon Village Women's Farmers Group to increase the economic value of milk by making fermented dairy products. Yogurt is a dairy product that can add economic value by fermenting it using the bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. The benefit of consuming yoghurt is that it balances good bacteria in digestion and reduces toxic substances in the body. The process of making yoghurt involves heating the milk to be fermented at a temperature of 90</em><em>°</em><em>C for 15-30 minutes, after that the milk is cooled until the temperature reaches 40</em><em>°</em><em>C, then packaged in plastic bottles. Community Service Activities are carried out by means of Pre-Training, Yoghurt-making Training (Presentation and Demonstration) and post-test to determine participants' understanding. The results of Community Service showed that the Sepawon Village Women's Farmers Group participants were enthusiastic about taking part in the yoghurt making training. The post test results also showed that the participants were committed to independently continuing the practice of making yoghurt at home to increase the economic value of milk and farmer welfare.</em></p>Ardina Tanjungsari

<table width="606"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="606"> <p><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>Abstract </em></strong></p> <p><em>Continuity of Care is one of the efforts to reduce AKI and AKB in pregnancy to family planning. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to provide care for Mrs. "N" with obesity from the third period of pregnancy to family planning to minimize the complications. The mentoring activities carried out for Mrs. N began at 34 weeks of pregnancy until the family planning period, which was from April 8, 2024 to May 30, 2024. The methods used in this activity are interviews, observations, providing education according to the needs of patients using leaflet media and video tutorials. The results of the assistance provided, Mrs. N" G1P0000, the gestational age was obtained in the third trimester (34 weeks). The complaints experienced by Mrs. N during third trimester of pregnancy included lower back pain, frequent urination, and heartburn in the abdomen. The interventions provided include providing education about yoga gymnastics, teaching families to do efflurage massages, teaching mothers doing deep breathing relaxation techniques when there is a false his. The delivery care process takes place at the Ngadiluwih Health Center in a normal vagina, the baby is born spontaneously without any complications and is given breast milk on demand, the postpartum period takes place normally with complaints of suture pain can be overcome through KIE relaxation techniques to reduce pain. In the neonatal period, no problems are specified in the baby, and the contraceptive method chosen is AKDR.
