The foundation editor Lilia Pasca Riani was followed by Diah Ayu Septi Fauji

The objectives of the Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis are to encourage and publish research in the field of management. The terms management and research are both broadly defined. The former includes the management of strategy of management, financial management, operation management marketing management, HR Management, Financial Technology, Enterpreneur, Economic, Business Ethic, Organization Behaviour. The latter encompasses both discipline- and problem-based research. Consistent with the policy, the Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis publishes research in disciplines provided the application is to management, as well as research in areas such as strategy of management, financial management, operation management marketing management, HR Management, Financial Technology, Enterpreneur, Economic, Business Ethic, Organization Behaviourand other problem-focused paradigms.

The Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis is interested in original, innovative and highly rigorous research. The domain of study (be it defined by country, management problem, or methodological approach) and preferably a sophisticated practitioner one.

What distinguishes the Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis from other journals is its emphasis on general management. In practice, this means that high quality articles within the discipline areas listed below will be entertained while cross-disciplinary approaches, addressing cross-disciplinary problems, or with cross-disciplinary managerial implications will be particularly well received.

Another characteristic of the Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis is that of relevance. Articles will be more academically sophisticated than industry-targeted management journals but may share the objective of having a contribution that is relevant to a practitioner audience. Of course, relevant, and supportable managerial implications does not mean that the article needs to be written for a lay audience. Implications and writing style are two different issues.

We strongly prefer papers that explain their main intuition, logic, and implications in clear and concise English. Importantly, papers must be written in a transparent and accessible manner and where necessary, we recommend authors use the services of a professional editor for English expression and grammar.

If you have any queries you wish to direct to the Editor-in-Chief, please contact septifauji@unpkediri.ac.id in the first instance.

All issues of Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis are available online.
ISSN 2528-0929 (Media Online) and ISSN 2549-5291 (Media Print)

https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/manajemen/article/view/19901 Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan Wisatawan Untuk Berkunjung Ke Wisata Halal 2024-04-01T13:32:57+07:00 Somadi somadi@poltekpos.ac.id Cupian Cupian cupian@unpad.ac.id Amelia Hayati amelia.hayati@unpad.ac.id
Research aim: This research aims to study the factors that influence halal tourist visits.

Design/Methode/Approach: This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques, namely structural equation modeling.

Research Finding: Travel motivation, accommodation, ease of obtaining halal food and drinks, tourist attractions, destination image, sharia tourist guides, promotions, facilities, religiosity, accessibility, and safety have a significant influence on tourists' decision-making, while knowledge and electronic word of mouth do not have a significant influence on decision making. tourists' decision to visit halal tourism.

Theoretical contribution/Originality: The study provides valuable insights into the dynamics of this emerging sector. Research on market anomalies is important because it can be a guide for investors to transact. Concerning transactions, the TV-return pair is an appropriate indicator compared to the return itself. We use various combinations of TV-Return to find the weekend effect. The results show that mostly there is no weekend effect. Thus the efficient market hypothesis applies. This result can be a reference for investment, where Friday or Monday is no different. Investors can't beat the market
2024-04-01T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Said Kelana Asnawi, Windy Pangestu, Caroline Widjaja https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/manajemen/article/view/20008 Work Stress, Job Burnout, and Turnover Intention among Micro, Small, and Medium Finance Company’s Employee 2024-04-01T13:33:03+07:00 Nancy Yusnita nancyyusnita@unpak.ac.id Hari Gursida nancyyusnita@unpak.ac.id
Research aim: The purpose of this study is to find efforts to reduce the turnover intention of an employee by examining the factors that become antecedents of the turnover intention of an employee, namely work stress and job burnout.

Design/Methode/Approach: Quantitative approach with survey method, using regression analysis (path analysis) and quantitative data (from questionnaires).

Finding: This study reveals that work stress and job burnout positively influence turnover intention, with job burnout mediating the relationship between work stress and turnover intention, while life stressors, feeling ineffective in dealing with others at work, and actively seeking a new job are identified as the most influential factors.

Theoretical contribution/Originality: The theoretical contribution of this research lies in its special emphasis on the influence of perceived outcomes of stress and the importance of harmonious relationships between coworkers in reducing the impact.

Practitioner/Policy implication: Concerning the turnover intention of their employee to decrease the turnover of employees by reducing stress levels and reducing job burnout in employees.

Research limitation: This study only used samples from branch offices in Java Island, as well as its examination of only three variables (Work Stress, Job Burnout, and Turnover Intention).
